MY MOST RECENT PURCHASES OF BEAUTY PRODUCTS

Recently I purchase few items from the MAC Counter and the Karisma cosmetic store from the City center Mall here in Doha.

MAC Lipstick :

Firstly I purchased the nude shade Mehr from their mini MAC Lipstick collection and it was for about 45 Qr..It is a beautiful nude shade with brown undertones which is reviewed a lot since 5 years.I wanted to buy this shade since then and finally I got my hands into these.This one is from their mini lipstick collection.

It has the similar packaging of ordinary MAC Lipsticks but in smaller size .Weighs 1.8 g/0.06 oz.It is travel friendly and good for those who like to try different shades and also budget friendly.Stays for a good 6 to 7 hours.

Suncreen:

I brought the Beesline whitening sun filter SPF 50 sunscreen it was for 80 Qr for 60 ml of the product.

It comes in a tube packaging with a flip up cap.The packaging is travel friendly as it has a secure cap.

Application :Apply liberally and evenly to exposed areas 15 minutes before sun exposure

Product claims :

- Prevents skin darkening through a powerful anti UVA UVB System.

- Provides you a lighter and even skin tone.

Pros :

Does not leave any white cast after applying. Does not have any strong odour. It is Paraben free, alcohol free and does not contain any animal product except bee product.

Cones : Feels slightly oily on skin after application although it is meant to be for All Skin types.

Fake lashes:

Haute couture Kiss Natural Premium eye lashes for 21Qr.

These are my first Fake lashes that I purchased.As I was planning for some makeup looks to be posted on my blog.

These Fake lashes come with an adhesive as well as an Easy angle applicator.It also has a manual for application Instructions.

The instructions shown are as follows :

Prepare : Apply makeup and one or two coats of mascara to natural lashes, then proceed to application.

Check fit : Lay lash on top of your natural lash.If it extends beyond your lash line trim the excess with small scissors.

Apply adhesive : Apply adhesive to lash band, wait 30 seconds for adhesive to become slightly clear and tacky.

Place lash : Look down into a mirror, use applicator to place lashes along natural lash line.Hold, allowing adhesive to dry completely.Squeeze lashes together so as not to have any gap between lash and lash line.

Remove : Gently peel off lash strips, starting at the outer corner.Use oil based eye makeup to remove excess adhesive from lash band and eyelid.Place lashes back into the tray for future use.

Pros : Adhesive is gentle made of Aloe extract, does not irritate the skin but you need to prevent contact with eyes.These are also reuse able.It comes with an angle applicator which makes it easy to use.

Cones : The lashes are not light weight they can make your eyes feel heavy if you are a beginner in makeup.
